🔁 Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in perfect condition
- Include proof of purchase
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume bottles must not be opened or used. Any opened perfume cannot be returned or refunded.

🚚 Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:
- Defective items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items sent by us
❌ Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Promotional or discounted items
- Gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain another product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
🇪🇺 European Union – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days, without justification.
Conditions remain the same:
- Product must be unused
- Perfume bottles must be unopened
- Original packaging required
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
