We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unopened
Be in its original packaging
Be in perfect condition
Include proof of purchase

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume bottles must not be opened or used. Any opened perfume cannot be returned or refunded.
